The property is located on Bear Canyon Road just north of Tanque Verde Road.
The U of A Foundation listed the property for sale on Wednesday, following the university's plan to consolidate its equine programs at the Campus Agricultural Center.
The university says the move will bring its equine programs together, creating a central hub for instruction, research and student experiences.
Proceeds from the sale will go into a dedicated endowment supporting the future of equine education.
