Repair work continues on Tucson's Stella Road.
The Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility is continuing repair work on Stella Road after last week's weather extended the project timeline.
Monsoon storms last week delayed the project.
The repair work is scheduled from 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and traffic in both directions will continue to flow normally.
Drivers should slow down near the work zone, watch for signs and crews, keep extra distance from other vehicles, and avoid distractions.
The department stated that this section of Stella Road was included in last year's voter-approved Prop 411 Collector Project, which upgraded Stella from Wilmot Road to Camino Seco.
