Free help with felony criminal convictions in Pima County.
The Pima County Public Defense Services department is holding its third “Pathways to Progress” Legal Clinic on Nov. 10, 2026, in collaboration with the Pima County Superior Court, Pima County Attorney's Office, and the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
Attendees can get free legal assistance with felony convictions that took place in Pima County Superior Court.
Pre-registration is required in order to ensure that attendees qualify for services that day and to maximize the number of folks receiving assistance.
Services offered in connection with Pima County Superior Court felony convictions are: Motions to seal felony criminal records (ARS 13-911), restore civil rights or set aside a felony conviction, restore gun rights, designate an undesignated Class 6 conviction as a misdemeanor, expungement of marijuana-related felony convictions, and resolution and quashing of warrants for absconding from Pima County felony probation.
Last year, 190 people were reviewed for qualification for the event, with more than 100 qualifying for some assistance.
A total of 60 people showed up, with 24 able to see a judge that day.
