According to TFD, crews responded to the two-alarm fire located near Grant Road and Stone Avenue.
More than a dozen fire trucks are on scene, with heaving smoke visible and an aerial ladder raised above the area.
Officials said eastbound Oracle at Grant is closed.
Drivers should avoid the area and find alternate routes.
